We are a small and agile agency operating in Europe and Asia with a large network for both component sourcing and fabrication. We aim to simplify the sourcing and development process by offering our customers an end-to-end flexible service, integrating component specification, modelling, prototyping, reliability & testing, tooling, auditing, quality management, manufacturing, certification, operations & logistics into the sourcing process in parallel with product development.
We are specialised in consumer electronics, lithium-ion battery applications and light electric vehicles, particularly 2- and 3-wheeler applications. With our experience and network, we can find the right solution for every project – saving time, cost and reducing risk.
The Issue
Sourcing from Asia presents considerable risks. BOM rapidly expands and controlling costs and quality becomes challenging. Large vendor pools and limited transparency often result in an unreliable supplier base that creates of overheads and excess work to manage. Lack of commonality between SKUs increases cost and reduces operational efficiency. This comes with a risk of delays and failure to meet requirements of original specifications.
Traceability of non-conformities and failures become challenging due to remote supplier auditing with a large supplier base. Lack of visibility often leads to fluctuating costs, unstable lead times and project delays. This makes it difficult to maintain cost and quality consistency throughout product development and into production.
